Your journey begins with a private consultation, arranged at a time that suits you.

During this appointment, we take the time to understand your ideas, aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, and the finer details that make a piece truly personal. Within seven working days, we present three carefully curated design concepts, each uniquely developed to reflect your brief.

Sourcing the Exceptional

If you have yet to find the perfect base piece, or nothing in our Storehouse collection quite captures your vision, our exclusive Find It Sourcing Service can assist.

Through our sister company, we will discreetly source a piece that meets your exact specifications — ensuring the foundation of your bespoke creation is as exceptional as its finish.

The Crafting Process

Our current completion timeline for bespoke commissions is four to eight weeks.

As your piece nears completion — approximately two to three weeks prior — we will provide a private progress update, including photographs and live video footage. This allows you to witness the craftsmanship and detail as your furniture comes to life.

The Final Reveal

Upon completion, we will share a final presentation of your finished piece, including professional photographs and live footage, along with the remaining balance invoice.

Your bespoke furniture will then be carefully delivered to you within three working days, ready to take pride of place in your home.
